We proudly offer local pickup within the Triad region (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point).

How Local Pickup Works:

  2. Choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card or Cash App)
  3. You'll receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions
  4. We'll contact you within 24 hours to coordinate pickup time and location
  5. Bring your order confirmation and ID for pickup

Cash App Payment Option

For local pickup customers, you can also pay in person with Cash App when you collect your order.

Simply mention "Cash App payment on pickup" in the order notes, and we'll provide our QR code when you arrive.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your label is created.

Please use your tracking number for delivery updates directly through your chosen shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please confirm your address before submitting your order. Grind N Shine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Grind N Shine is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your item:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, and around your property
  • Ask neighbors or your local post office/carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

Return Shipping Responsibility

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final for opened or used beard oil products.

In rare cases where a return is authorized (such as for unopened or defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the item is returned and inspected.

Shipping During Sales, Holidays & Launches

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new product launches), order processing and carrier transit times may be delayed.

We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early. Any known delays will be posted on our website and/or social media.
