You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your label is created.
Please use your tracking number for delivery updates directly through your chosen shipping carrier.
Please confirm your address before submitting your order. Grind N Shine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees will apply.
Once a package leaves our facility and is accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Grind N Shine is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final for opened or used beard oil products.
In rare cases where a return is authorized (such as for unopened or defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the item is returned and inspected.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new product launches), order processing and carrier transit times may be delayed.
We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early. Any known delays will be posted on our website and/or social media.
