Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of beard oil, all sales are final for opened or used products. If a product is altered or used, a refund will not be issued.

For unopened and unaltered products, we offer a refund of **85-90%** of the purchase price, reflecting a restocking fee, within 3 days of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
